Strategic Business Leadership

Join one of the world’s best business schools for a rigorous, dynamic and interactive learning experience in the heart of London. This 3 day program will equip executives to effectively lead and be more productive in contemporary organisations. Executives will learn to manage cross functional, cross organisational relationships; develop social capital; and create and manage organisational strategic partnerships. Participants will build a framework for identifying opportunities and mobilizing resources to create value, and learn how to bring people together from diverse functional and geographical groups to execute strategic initiatives. You’ll develop your leadership agility so you are able to work across boundaries, social differences and diverse stakeholders.

Taught on our central London campus, this program is suitable for mid to senior level managers who are interested in learning how to think creatively and strategically about their leadership roles, and how to build social capital to broaden their influence. This course attracts a wide range of participants from across the EMEA region, from a variety of industry backgrounds, and is a superb learning and networking opportunity.

Ronald Burt

Ron Burt is the Hobart W. Williams Professor of Sociology and Strategy at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. In addition to designing and teaching in various executive education programs, he teaches "Strategic Leadership" each year in Singapore, London, and Chicago. The course is a capstone course in Chicago’s Executive M.B.A. program.
