Agility in execution is critical in today’s challenging and complex business environment. This program will equip executives to effectively lead and be more productive in contemporary organizations. Executives will learn to manage cross-functional, cross-organizational relationships; develop social capital; and create and manage organizational strategic partners. Leadership agility is an essential quality for success. Participants will learn and practice their leadership agility, enhance their ability to read organizations, and hone their skills in strategy execution.

| | | Ronald Burt | Ron Burt is the Hobart W. Williams Professor of Sociology and Strategy at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. In addition to designing and teaching in various executive education programs, he teaches "Strategic Leadership" each year in Singapore, London, and Chicago. The course is a capstone course in Chicago’s Executive M.B.A. program. Complete biography | | Heather M. Caruso | Heather Caruso is Adjunct Professor of Behavioral Science at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She focuses her teaching and research on several aspects of human behavior in organizations. These interests center on the dynamics and social psychology of diverse (e.g., cross-functional, multicultural) teams; the management of identity, power, and influence in organizations; and strategies for optimal judgment, decision making, and behavior. She is a strong proponent of lifelong learning for management excellence and encourages students to make the most of their professors’ knowledge and ongoing research not only while they are here, but also throughout their careers. Complete biography | | Harry Davis | Harry Davis is the Faculty Director for the Advanced Management Program. He teaches in the areas of strategy, leadership, and creativity. Professor Davis has served as both Interim and Deputy Dean at Chicago Booth. In these leadership roles, he instituted many new programs and organizational changes, all of which were aimed at strengthening the learning environment for students.
